Raped – Escalator Hater 1977-'78 LP

Raped was a notorious early UK punk band that had formed in 1977. The guys were way more infamous than most other punk bands around and even regarded as "unsignable". Despite this, Raped had a dedicated following and still managed to get promotional spots on television. However, the band's singles did not sell well, they were ignored by scene and in 1980 they morphed into New Romantic outfit Cuddly Toys. This LP features all the band's studio recording from the years 1977-'78. If catchy snotty glam inspired '77 punk is your thing, then you need this collection.
