Repeat Offenders is the third album from Watford Oi! boys Tear Up.

They come out of the council estates with one mission: to bring real streetpunk and Oi! back to the front lines. No frills, no filters - just raw, aggressive working-class anthems spat out with venom and from the heart. Hailing from the streets and fueled by frustration, unity, and a deep love for punk’s no-bullshit ethos, Tear Up blend lightning-fast riffs, thunderous drums, and snarling vocals to deliver an unrelenting wall of sound.

They’re not here to pose - they’re here to tear it all down and tell the truth as they see it. 

Drawing from the spirit of bands like The Business, Cockney Rejects, Argy Bargy and The Angry Agenda, Tear Up channels that classic Oi! rage and updates it with modern power and chaos. Their music is for the pissed-off, the overlooked, the real ones - those who know what it’s like to grow up with nothing and fight for every inch.
