At a time when the world's inflationary frenzy for change seems to spare nothing and no one, Gluecifer are the immovable rock in the surf. The Norwegian band, one of the most successful in their country and which immediately regained its former strength after reuniting in spring 2018, continues to play its fiery mix of hard-hitting punk rock, traditional rock ‘n’ roll, and dazzling glam elements exactly as all fans want to hear it to this day.

The new studio album, “Same Drug New High,” the group's first in more than 20 years, leaves no doubt that founding members Biff Malibu (vocals) and Captain Poon (guitar) and their longtime bandmates Raldo Useless (guitar), Danny Young (drums), and Peter Larsson (bass) are not only more mature and experienced, but also more versatile and determined than ever.
