Charlotte NC's most notorious sons PAINT FUMES return to Slovenly after 10+ years of whoring around the "industry," and this homecoming couldn't be any more of a barn burner. "Crime of "Love" has Da Fumes performing that prime pogo pop they perfected during their Slovenly hiatus, and the flip, a cover of James Brown's "Try Me" has gotta be our fave r&b song done by a punk band since CLONE DEFECTS tackled Otis' "That's How Strong My Love Is," and baby that's how strong our recommendation is!
