Backtrack, the uncompromising NYHC standard bearers, have been hard at work on their debut album "Darker Half". Their single of the same name has already found its way onto blogs, music websites and message boards and more singles will follow on the way to the release date. These guys have been touring the US and Europe over the past year with bands like Terror, First Blood, Cruel Hand and Trapped Under Ice. Since their 2008 demo, they've released a string of 7inches, giving them 3 full years to hone their long-island-inspired NYHC for their first full length.
