Joe Queer, the founder and leader of The Queers, has teamed up with Stephen Brookfield of Minnesota's The 99ers, to form a new pop punk bandThe 66ers. Together with Amy Heronemus (of Phoenix's TA 80) on vocals and bass, Andy Wilson (of Atlanta's Billy Batts and the Made Men) on drums, & Ron "Pete Sake" Mullens (of Rubber City Rebels) on keyboards, the band has recorded a new album "The 66ersHave More Fun" due out on Rum Bar Records Fall 2025. The band kicks assand then sweetens your senses. It roars through your bloodstreamand then soothes your heart. We got energy, melody and fun stirred together for you to sip an unholy cocktail of sonic bliss.
