Jello Biafra, the members of Steel Pole Bathtub, and Charlie Tolnay (of King Snake Roost,Grong Grong, Lubricated Goat) play the infamous track off their LP (Virus 87). The equally infamous Clive Barker (Hellraiser trilogy, as well as numerous horror novels films) contributes disturbing artwork to complete the package. B-side is etching by Clive Barker. Re-issue of this 1991 release.
