Christchurch, New Zealand's Best Bets return with Monolithic Discipline, a 12-track collection bringing together two brand-new songs, previously released digital singles, covers, and their debut EP Life Under the Big Top (2018), available on vinyl for the first time. Packed with loud guitars, infectious hooks, melodic basslines and scrappy power pop energy, the album captures the band's irreverent songwriting and unpretentious DIY spirit. Ten years in, Best Bets sound as sharp, energetic and effortlessly catchy as ever.
