The nuclear spectre is dressed in radioactive colours. Debut album from Colombia’s Célula Durmiente (Sleeper Cell) whose new wave synthpunk evokes memories of a cold, consecrated war in the current international sociopolitical context where fear knocks on our doors while the enemy lurks and resistance is nothing but poetic.

Armed forces are becoming more technologically advanced and the fear of military catastrophe is latent as armed conflicts swarm across every continent. Bloodthirsty drones scan for glimpses of human life.
Who, then, makes up this sleeper cell? This Célula Durmiente? The answer is unclear but its awakening is imminent. They're coming for all of us and you know it. Please don't tell me you're a pacifist, not today.
